PACK & BIKE RAFTING ADVENTURE

Outdoor Lohan invites you for a two-day adventure that combines hiking, biking and rafting through enchanting forests and on the meandering Ourthe.

3 - 5 May of 2024 @ La Roche-en-Ardenne.

This extraordinary event promises an escape from everyday life and a chance to immerse yourself in nature. Starting from our Lohan Basecamp, you will delve deep into the forests towards the waters of the Ourthe, where you will board your packraft for an exciting excursion.

This adventure is accessible to all levels and offers everyone the opportunity to discover the beauty of the Ardennes in a unique way.

What can you expect?

A mix of hiking, biking and packrafting, for a complete outdoor experience, with the best material and guides we can provide.
Spend the night in the great outdoors, on the banks of the river close to nature
A responsible approach to adventure in protected nature reserves.
Note : the program may be adapted to suit weather conditions.

16:00: Arrival at the campsite: settle in, meet up and enjoy!
20:00: Kick off the weekend with our Chouffe-sponsored aperitif around the campfire.
Catering available on site.
09:00: Introduction to the weekend, sharing the itinerary of the day and use of equipment.
10:00: Start of the Hike from Camping Lohan : +/-12km
13:00 : Arrival at the river where we have lunch with a beautiful view and get ready for Packrafting.
14:00 : The adventure on the water begins !
17:00: End of the packrafting trip and arrival at the campsite.
19:00: BBQ time while sharing experiences of the day.
07:30: Outdoor breakfast
09:00 : Introduction of the day : itinerary and preparation of the equipment.
10.00 : Start of the Bike & Raft experience.
12:00 : Lunch by the river.
13:00 : Cycle back to Camping Lohan, passing through some of the most beautiful forests and viewpoints in the Ardennes.
17:00 : Return to Camping Lohan, closing the week-end and farewells.

Required Equipment:

Suitable clothing for hiking, riding and packrafting.
Camping gear such as a tent and sleeping bag.
